I think the home buyers I work with really benefit from my excellent communication and organizational skills. When they apply for a loan, I clearly explain their financing options, help them determine which product best meets their needs and make sure they understand the mortgage process. Then I keep tabs on the file as it works its way toward approval, tracking the details to make sure the closing is free of complications.

I like finding solutions to mortgage-related problems and have the drive and determination to creatively structure financing for every buyer's needs.

I have worked as a mortgage banker since 1993, originating loans, conducting seminars for first-time home buyers, developing and implementing marketing strategies and researching products for clients. My broad experience in the industry and knowledge of a variety of computer software applications have helped me successfully close home loans.
